I specialize in developing and managing online educational content, but I have experience developing and implementing training in any setting, from face-to-face to webinars and everything in between. All of my educational content is supported by research and analyzed through precise data collection.
My Process
When managing a project, I like to utilize an agile approach. When developing for a project, I am comfortable adapting my design style to meet project needs and to meet team goals. Overall when developing learning solutions, I tend to take a hybrid approach involving both backwards design and rapid iterative prototyping.
